Hyatt Regency London Stratford Hotel

The staff were excellent, very helpful and obliging. Great location for access into London, shopping, food, and entertainment. Plenty of secure, off-street parking nearby. Breakfast buffet was really good with a functional toaster. Air conditioning in the rooms worked well. Guest of the day treatment for our special occasion. Spacious room with a huge bed. Lovely and quiet, couldn't hear a thing. Friendly staff with a sense of humor.

We absolutely loved staying here, as it is situated within a shopping centre. Despite its central location, it was very quiet and peaceful. The service was outstanding, from their room service to car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We were welcomed with a delicious drink and the staff went above and beyond by providing tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms were a welcome surprise, as it made for a great night's sleep. We especially loved the garden furniture on the terrace and the free toiletries provided.

We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The modern decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and a direct line to the city center. the friendly and helpful staff made the stay more fun.

The bathroom facilities could use an update, as the soap dispenser was broken and the light on the mirror was not working. Another minor drawback was the lack of a pay by use microwave, which would have been helpful staying for longer periods.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Copper Box Arena where I attended an event. It is also situated right in the centre of the shopping centre, making it easy to find everything I needed. it is close to the train station yet surprisingly peaceful. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area.

Some of the staff were not as friendly as I would have expected, particularly during the checkout process.

We arrived late and were warmly welcomed by the staff at the reception. They were really good too ensure a pleasant stay. We were also delighted with the comfortable and modern rooms, making our visit even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite when checking us in. The room was pleasant, well-appointed, bright, and quiet. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The hotel is located next to restaurants, shops, bars, and public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. the hotel is close to the Westfield shopping center, great for shopping.
